A synchronized adhesive weight control system works together with the glue melting unit to optimize adhesive consumption while ensuring consistent bonding quality.

Its user-friendly wrapping stations with quick-change functionality, centralized wrapping width adjustment, silicone rubber pressure rollers, and cassette-type modular system enable fast product changeovers. The foldable structure simplifies maintenance and adjustments, while the high-speed conveyor system ensures smooth and efficient transportation of separated panels, maximizing overall production efficiency.
